Description

The reason is that the shelf was too narrow for the TV. so optically and the shelf has grown dear to us because it is one of the first pieces of furniture in our life together. That was 42 years ago now. So conversion, extension of our TV shelf. Two laminated wood panels ordered from you in pine and rounded at the front.

Work description: how did you realize your project

So 2 glued wood panels in pine, cut to size and ordered rounded at the front. Exactly as I imagined. Conversion: The old panels removed and the new, precisely fitting laminated wood panels inserted, screwed and glued. The old pine board was re-inserted vertically and offset. Then sawed off an old plate and used it as a shelf. In the photo you can see the new glued wood panels, they darken by themselves. The overall width is now 152cm. My wife and I think that the shelf now fits very well into the overall picture, i.e. the living room.
