Replaced fascia with HPL facade panel, by Jos

The top layer of the 30-year-old trespa panel was peeling off, contrary to expectations. The new plastic sheet was sawn perfectly to size and delivered on time without the often usual serrated edges. Drilling holes for attachment with a new, sharp metal drill makes this a piece of cake. Placing a plate of just 209.5 cm on my own went quite well.

How I made this project

But as is often the case, the last of the screws I ordered did not cooperate. Broken head, took it out with pliers, battery dead. I still had some screws; new screw and battery, also the head was broken (it was not the bit). The third screw went in immediately, phew. So on and off the roof more often than planned, but the end result is impressive.
