Work description: how did you realize your project

This project was made for an apartment in Amsterdam. Due to limited space, there was a demand for multifunctional furniture. For this reason, a low cupboard was made with a removable top block, in order to create a bench and create more seating areas when people would come over. The upper block also has a function as a 'DJ booth'. All DJ equipment is neatly stored in this block, which can be taken out when playing.

All plates are connected with screws or dowels, but no connections are visible because this gives the neatest result. It has sliding doors, for which a slot has been milled in the plates into which the doors can slide properly.
