Description

Two mobile cupboards made under the stairs. Being able to use the space under the stairs functionally by using mobile cupboards so that the entire space can be used to tidy up things.

Work description: how did you realize your project

First ordered the floor plates and put wheels on them. Then used this floor plate as a basis to make the necessary plates with cardboard so that they have the correct dimensions (given what needs to fit in the cupboard). After everything has been made of cardboard, the remaining planks are ordered. Using glue clamps, all the planks were glued and then pre-drilled and screwed. Screw holes filled and then the entire cabinet was sanded, primed and lacquered. Finally, I ordered the two front plates so that they fit nicely over the cracks against the stairs. This was also sanded and painted and glued. Finally, the handles were added.

Final size: What are the outside dimensions?

Difficult to indicate because it concerns two sloping cabinets. Small cabinet has a floor plate with measurements and a back plate of 80.0 cm x 66.5 cm. The large cabinet has a floor plate with dimensions and a back plate of 124.0 x 80.0 cm.
