Built-in wall cabinet made of MDF, by Luciano

Description

To get rid of the air extraction/cove that was prominently present, as can be seen in photo 2 - and to make optimal use of a small space, which also offers some storage space - we have I decided to design a custom wall cabinet myself and then assemble it after receiving all the MDF custom-sawn parts by OPMAATZAGEN.nl.

Step 1 - made a design on the phone.
Step 2 - measured the entire wall.
Step 3 - drew it to scale (scale 1:20) of the design (it takes some puzzling to ensure that everything fits - i.e. where the TV will be hung and where the workplace will be located with an extendable desk)
Step 4 - all select columns in the most practical way so that the elements can be load-bearing (first all horizontal beams selected and then the vertical ones)
Step 5 - to create an object that is not too heavy and massive, in drawing up the design by using thin MDF plates with a wooden beam as a base creating a solid wooden thick beam of 10 cm
Step 6 - completely drawing out which parts need to be sawn to strengthen a seamless/blind connection.
>Step 7 - after having fully calculated everything to scale/size + signed the MDF ordered from OPMAATZAGEN.nl
Step 8 - after receiving the MDF cut to size: just puzzle and hope that everything you calculated is correct! And have a lot of patience if you think that your entire calculations are incorrect... if you have calculated it properly in advance, it should turn out fine - due to the amount of loose MDF images, the overview and logic may be lacking for a while... keep the courage in! Because only calm can save you 😌😂

The overall width of the cabinet is 479.0 cm
The height (separate from the cove) 257 .0 cm
Thickness per plank 10.0 cm (made of 6mm thick MDF plates miter sawn with a wooden beam in between to strengthen the overall custom-made planks)
