Description of Axel

In the children's room with a high window spanning the entire width of the room, a shallow bookcase and headboard for bed made with integrated (Ikea) desk.

How I made this project

Everything measured and had it cut to size. Here we opted for MDF of 1.8 mm, pre-primed. Cabinet pre-assembled and recesses sawn for skirting boards and a socket made in the shelf near the bed for a bedside lamp. Holes pre-drilled and mounted with screws that were sealed closed again before finishing. End of the MDF planks primed twice with primer and then lacquered. Note: not all ordered planks were used for this project. Some shelves were for another small project.
